An inspection of the septic system is crucial to your health and anyone else that lives in the home. A lateral sewer line inspection is performed to discover hidden issues in your homes sewage system. Our walk-through consultation is a visual evaluation of major home components that could be costly for you down the road or immediately after purchase. Our team will visually evaluate items, such as the roof, ages of heating and air conditioning units, Electrical service, foundation, and many more. A report will not be provided at the end of this process; however, we encourage you to bring a notepad and pen to write things down as our team walks through your potential home. This is a good option for the buyer looking to put in a competitive offer in an irregular market or has already put in an offer and just wants to know a little more about their purchase.
A Well test is a MUST for a thorough inspection of a home with a well. Our test includes a visual inspection of the well head, pressure tank, pressure gauge, pressure switch, and all related well parts. We inspect the Well pump, and pressure tank and perform a yield test on the well. With a Well Inspection, you will receive a FREE 6-month warranty on the well which covers from the well hole up to and including the pressure tank and all parts in between. Lead is a naturally-occurring element, but it can have negative effects on our health. For this reason, it’s very important to test the home’s painted surfaces before purchasing, selling, or starting any remodeling or renovation job. Our inspectors will take paint samples from around the home, typically from a wall, window sill, or door jam. We will send these samples out to a lab where they can determine if there are traces of lead in the sample. Lead paint testing is the only way to determine if there is lead in your home, therefore, we recommend testing any home that was built before lead paint was banned in 1978.
Using advanced Leakalyzer technology, we swiftly detect leaks and assess the overall health of your pool and pool’s components.
